Job Responsibilities & Key Functions / 主要工作职责

1.Organize internal machining process inspection,  check products according to inspection plan and upload results into SAP;

2. Deal with non-conforming parts, investigate and coordinate Non-conforming cases , create MRB reports to coordinate with Germany and SQE to improve quality of single parts;

3. Create quality monthly report to support machine shop to improve in process quality;
4. Coordinate calibration of fixtures and tooling.

Main Specifications (skills and experiences required) / 岗位要求

1. More than 5 years quality management  experience in a relevant technical, managerial or professional position involving the exercise of judgement, decision making, problem solving and communication with managers, professionals, peers

 2. University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.

 3.  Good English skills both in writing and speaking

 4.  With working knowledge of ISO9001 & 14001 is preferred.

 5 . Good data analysis ability, good computer literacy (especially Excel, Word etc.)  

 6.  Self-motivated & Team work.
