Proper organizational and planning skills so as to be effective and efficient in supplying administrative services to Business Development, Sales and Marketing departments, customers and third parties.

Be self motivated and work closely with all members of Shanghai office with respect to correspondence and translation. Interpret for IMW management as required in various business meetings. Interpretation must be accurate and timely during both business and social settings. In China travel is needed and professional attire/clothes are required.
积极主动地为IMW上海办公室所有成员处理关于通信和翻译方面的事务，根据需要在一些商务会议上为IMW管理人员进行现场翻译。在商务贸易和社交场合中，要确保翻译的精确性和及时性。在必要时需要在中国境内出差，着恰当的职业服装。

Assist in the overseas visa application process for all staff and clients.
为相关的员工及客户申请海外签证提供支持。

Assist and work with the CEO and Business Development Senior Manager directly with administration which will include word processing and translation work both verbally and in the written form, assist to develop policies and procedures for the office, perform spreadsheet work, filing, act as reception in greeting customers, answering telephones and taking customer enquiries.

Take care of the operations management, office organization, purchasing of supplies.

Manage and approve the daily attendance of all employees in Shanghai Office, submit monthly attendance reports to payroll/accounting with c.c. to human resources department for statistical by 26th each month.

Provide highlevel commercial, administrative and reporting support to executive assistant in charge of administration.
