Job Title Product Quality Engineering Manager / 产品质量工程经理
Responsibilities
1. Lead product quality engineering team, responsible for product development phase quality planning, management and evaluation, to make sure complete vehicle quality targets achieved;
领导产品开发质量工程团队，负责新产品研发阶段的质量规划、管理和评估，确保各项整车质量目标的达成；
2. Manage and coach new product, production and after sales quality engineering team; make sure quality process, tools and methodology aligned and complete technical and lessons learned accumulation, and input to new product development;
管理并培训新项目、现生产和售后质量工程团队，确保各区域质量流程、工具和方法的一致性，完成质量工程技术和经验方面的积累和对新项目的输入；
3. Participate quality activity with product development team, lead sufficiency plan development, input quality voice and evaluate quality performance;
参加产品研发团队的质量相关活动，牵头补救计划的制定，输入质量部门建议和评估质量表现；
4. Participate proto-type and launch build activity, lead problem solving, drive manufacturing process, supplier part and final product related quality problems;
参加样车制造和相关试验验证活动，领导新产品启动质量问题解决，推动生产工艺、零部件和最终产品相关的质量问题；
5. Support the problem analysis and improvement of current production and after sales;
支持对现生产和售后客户反馈的质量问题的分析和改进；
6. IRS(Issue Resolution System) process ownership for driving problem resolution and process update;
牵头实施IRS系统用以实施问题解决流程，并维护流程的持续更新和改进；
7. Capable of statistical engineering way to analyze and solve problems and coaching;
运用统计工程工具分析并解决质量问题，能够对项目启动团队进行统计工程方法的培训；
8. Support supervisor for other assigned works.
支持主管完成其他相关任务。

Qualifications
1. Bachelor or above, automobile or mechanical engineering background;
本科或以上，汽车、机械相关专业；
2. Above 5 years auto industry experience, minimum 2 years management experience;
五年以上汽车行业相关经验，两年以上团队管理经验；
3. Good English skills, capable of fluent work communications;
具备良好的英语能力，并能进行工作上的流畅沟通；
4. Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 and related process audit; familiar with AIAG 5 tools;
熟悉ISO/TS 16949质量体系和过程审核，熟悉AIAG五大质量工具；
5. Capable of complete vehicle audit;
具备一定的整车评审能力；
6. Good team work spirit, work with product development team to achieve team target;
具有良好的团队精神，积极沟通、协作完成团队目标。

Justification why position is required at this time:
1. Supervise and support PQE for CF11 Proto-type build problem solving;
2. CF and BF platform sufficiency plan development;
3. Lead functional PQE group.
