Specific Responsibilities: 具体职能

 1. Cover basic IE job， such as time study, capacity study and headcount calculation ,layout design，line balance etc; 完成基础的IE工作，如时间测量分析，产能分析，人力资源需求预算，生产线设施布局规划及设计、生产线平衡等； 

2.参与及积极主导精益改善项目，        Engage and lead lean and kaizen projects;    

  3，Capability to draw out VSM independently， figure out kaizen opportunity，and lead team to improve it；        能独立绘制VSM，识别kaizen机会，并且执行及推动团队成员达成； 

4. 其他领导安排的工作。        Other tasks assigned by Boss.

 

  Know-How Requirements 职位要求

 1， Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or in Science with Diploma in IE   本科学历，工业工程或者机械工程毕业优先;

 2.    At least 3 years IE work experience and above 2 years lean experience or other similar    experience.   至少3年以上IE工作经验和2年以上的精益生产经验或者其他类似经验; 

3，Familiar with IE and lean tools and ability to apply them well；      熟悉IE及lean的工具并且能很好的应用到生产/工作实践中； 

4.   Proficient in English language (speaking and writing)、Autocad and office software   精通英文（读，写）以及熟练操作Autocad和办公软件; 

5.   Committed to work and careful   仔细认真专注于工作; 

6.   Good communication skill and team work spirit   具有良好的沟通能力以及团队的合作精神;

 7.   Ability to work under pressure & in a Dynamic Environment   自我抗压能力强.

 8, Strong   self-motivation and can deliver result on time;      很强的自我激励和按时完成项目的能力。
