职位描述
1. 开展新产品开发项目规划、可行性调研、立项等过程的管理；制定项目任务计划，确保项目顺利开展；
2. 对负责研发项目进行小试、中试，完成新产品的测试；
3. 对负责的新产品、新技术的发明专利申报，使研究成果受到知识产权保护；
4. 开展研发过程和结果（包括已申请专利的和未申请专利的过程和成果）的技术保密工作，确保公司无形资产完整、安全；
5. 建立研发档案，确保研发过程与成果的相关信息完整、系统。
职位要求：
1. 生物化学、分子生物学、免疫学或医学专业等相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 对体外诊断试剂研发部门工作有着浓厚的兴趣；
3. 具有医疗试剂类相关类别产品研发及管理经历，具有POCT（快速检测）产品研发经验者优先（待遇可根据经验能力实际调整）。
