Quality System Engineer

1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的

Quality System Engineer is a position in charge of overall Quality Management System (QMS) set up and improvement, make sure the whole operation is under QMS control.

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

List major areas of responsibilities and accountabilities of the position. Where appropriate, include quantifiable data.

· Take lead of TS 16949 set up and certification.

· Coordinate internal and external system & process & product audits.

· Coordinate and monitor product/process change, quality alert for production.

· Implement, promote and assess effectiveness of plant-wide QMS including training for ongoing improvements.

· To train and promote employees quality requirement, awareness.

· Maintain the quality system and reporting.

· Conduct quality review on an on-going basis.

· Oversees the formulation of quality systems documentation including procedures and work instructions.

· Tracking major customer complains.

· Lead TS16949 certification project.

· Coordinate ESD program and ensure ESD compliance.

· Ensure IPC training certification effectiveness for solder personnel and requirement being met in production floor.

3. KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求

Good communication skills w/ with workable English.

Analytical problem solving.

Familiar w/ Automotive related quality systems such as TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Customer special QMS requirements, such as Ford Q1/GM QSB/ VW Formal Q….

4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

Educational: Bachelor degree w/ with major in Electrics or Mechanical related

Experience: 3 years working experience in manufacturing plants, involved in quality-related activities such as SPC, PFMEA, 8D, Control Plan, Process Flow, audit.
