职位描述：

作为数据录入团队中的一员帮助在线零售商创建产品内容。包括分别用英文和中文将各超市产品线的数据录入到我们的定制系统。

主要职责包括：

· 根据以下指导方针用英语抄录和解释产品样品信息：

o 将信息输入到我们的定制系统；

o 确保所有相关信息是正确的，并经供应商认可。

· 根据以下指导方针用中文抄录和解释产品样品信息

o 将信息输入到我们的定制系统；

o 确保所有相关信息是正确的，并经供应商认可。

· 根据以下指导方针将中文翻译和解释成英文

o 将信息输入到我们的定制系统；

o 确保所有相关信息是正确的，并经供应商认可。

· 必要时需要的其他职责

技能要求：

英语基础良好，普通话为第一语言。受过良好教育，具有一定的办公室工作经验，个人品格更为重要。

该人选需要既能独立工作，又具备团队合作精神。开朗，成熟，高度的一致性和关注细节等是必不可少的要素。

Role:

To work as part of the Data Entry Team creating content for online retailers. This will include typing and interpreting information from various supermarket product lines into our custom built systems in both English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Transcribing and interpreting information from product samples in English following set guidelines

o Entering this information into our custom systems

o Ensuring all relative information is correct so information can be supplier approved

· Transcribing and interpreting information from product samples in Mandarin following set guidelines

o Entering this information into our custom systems

o Ensuring all relative information is correct so information can be supplier approved

· Translating and interpreting information from Mandarin to English following set guidelines

o Entering this information into our custom systems

o Ensuring all relative information is correct so information can be supplier approved

· Other duties on an ad-hoc basis as required

Skill Base Required:

Basic command of written and spoken English, preferably with Mandarin being the first language. Being educated to a reasonable level with some experience of an office environment would be advantageous; however personality is more important than previous experience.

This person needs to be able to work both independently and as a group to create consistent and accurate content. A mature attitude, a high level of consistency and attention to detail are essential.
