工作职责：

• 根据现有编制及公司发展需求，协助编制年度招聘计划及预算。
• 依据招聘计划，协助编制招聘策略，制定具体招聘方案，选择有效的招聘渠道并组织实施。
• 发布招聘广告，筛选简历，安排面试以及面试评估。
• 改进和完善现有招聘管理体系和制度、优化招聘流程。
• 工作说明书的完善、人才库和试题库的建立和维护。
• 招聘方法的改进，招聘工作的统计与分析。
• 新员工报到的跟踪以及相关手续的办理。
• 协助主管完成其他任务。

岗位要求：

• 大学本科学历，计算机科学、电子信息或相关管理专业毕业。
• 1年以上招聘工作经验。
• 熟悉各种人才的招聘渠道，精通各种面试技巧与方法的灵活应用。
• 具备出色的沟通、组织协调能力及分析判断能力，对工作有良好的计划和控制能力。
• 英语流利，对某些职位要进行英语面试。
• 具有良好的心理素质和平和的心态，能够承受较大工作压力。
