Job Description

?？ Responsible for developing, driving and reviewing the vision and strategy of room controls & connectivity and related business model solutions for TT in China;

?？ Responsible for the business results and targets related to the room controls products and connectivity solutions, by leading the team consisting of development engineering, purchasing and product management expertise;

?？ Guiding the team and wider organization to achieve connectivity and control system strategy with product related teams and other stakeholders.

?？ Build up appliance control knowledge for China

？

Tasks:

?？ Derive (room and appliance-) controls & connectivity strategy for China, roadmap, prioritize by value contribution and align with other Business Owners;

?？ Drive Agile transformation within the Business team;

?？ Leading the team to develop the overall strategy of the BU;

?？ Align resource planning out of the Business team roadmap;

?？ Set framework (structure, technology, tools) and empower team to take ownership;

?？ Support teams by resolving and escalating impediments;

?？ Provide stability and guidance to the team;

?？ Disciplinary and target leadership of team;

?？ Coaching and development of individual team members;

?？ Interaction with relevant stakeholders in the business;

?？ Plan resources and budget in line with business strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications

?？ University degree of Electronics engineering (Master’s Degree or above)

?？ Strong technical understanding to lead an engineering team

?？ Management & Leadership post-grad Diploma or similar, preferred;

?？ Strong Entrepreneurial and Leadership competence; Future and result oriented;

?？ Flexible, enthusiastic, motivating and empathic;

?？ Knowledge of connectivity technologies;

?？ Knowledge of system architecture elements within HVAC products;

?？ Knowledge of electronics hardware and electronic components;

?？ Knowledge of data communication methods wired (e.g. bus) and wireless (e.g. RF, Zigbee, Wi-fi);

?？ Awareness of product quality and cost;

?？ Working knowledge of Agile methods and how to apply them;

?？ Excellent communication skills with local and international teams and self-confidence;

?？ Fluent in English (verbal and written); German is a plus

?？ Available for local and international travel.
