Reporting to the Head of Learning Management China1, the Chief Learning Officers are responsible for driving the changing of the learning organization, to introduce new learning attitude and method to the organization of Radio Product CN1, and will also facilitate the organization for successful practice on learning organization.

The position is based in Beijing and may require travel to other PDU Radio sites in Sweden, China, and Canada.

Responsibilities：

?Support people leadership to develop self-driving, highly engaged virtual teams

?Drive the organization strategies changing to learning organization

?Educate and drive learning and growth attitude/culture throughout the organization

?Introduce new learning method and good practices to the organization

?Drive the new employee training program with learning and growth attitude

?Support design team on employee competence improvement and new employee hiring
