Responsibilities

主要工作:

1.Sale and market followed products and services: Turn-key Solution and Project, Engineering/GMP consultant services, Engineering Design, Project Management, Modular Construction/Conventional Building Construction, Validation or other GMP services, etc.

主要负责销售以下产品和服务：交钥匙工程和项目、工程/GMP咨询服务、工程设计、项目管理、模块化建造/传统建筑、验证或其他GMP服务等；

2.Develop potential customers (mainly focus on life-science, cosmetic, fine chemicals, etc), with corresponding marketing activities.

开发潜在客户（主要是生物制药、日化、精细化工等），以及对应的市场工作；

3.Prepare project proposals, coordinate the preparation of project quotation; and if necessary, make quotation by oneself.

编制和准备项目初步方案，协调公司内部完成报价； 且必要时，自己进行报价；

4.Assist the communication between the clients and Pharmadule Sweden team.

在销售阶段，协助Pharmadule瑞典同事同客户的交流；

5.Prepare bidding documents (Bilingual, both English and Chinese), and participate in customer bidding.

准备投标文件(中英文)，并参与项目投标；

6.Consults with Commercial department/Finance department on contract terms.

与商务/财务部门合作进行商务条款的商议；

7.Contract negotiation.

合同技术商务谈判；

8.Follow-up the execution of contract after order.

跟进合同的执行；

9.Participates in exhibitions, seminars and conferences.

参加市场展会和研讨会；

10.Maintains records of sales activity and sales reports.

对销售项目进行登记记录，并定期提交销售报告。

Job Requirement

任职要求：

1.Bio-Engineering, pharmaceutical, chemical engineering, mechanicals, construction, or relevant engineering major or background, bachelor or higher education.

制药、生物工程、化学工程、机械、建筑或相关工程专业，本科或以上学历；

2.An understanding of production process, mechanical manufacturing processes, construction methods, engineering design and commissioning & validation procedure.

了解产品生产工艺、机械制造流程、建筑施工、工程设计、调试和验证流程等相关内容和知识；

3.Strong team sprit, good coordination capabilities, and capable to solve complicated problems singly.

较强的团队工作，和协调工作能力，及单独处理复杂问题的能力；

4.Speak Chinese and English fluently, and strong reading and writing abilities, and good communication capabilities for both internal and external.

流利地使用中英文，好的中英文书面表达能力；以及良好地对外和公司内部的沟通交流能力；

5.3 years or above work experience in Bio-engineering or Pharmaceutical related.

3年以上生物工程或制药行业工作经验；

6.Meeting the travel requirement

适应经常出差的要求；

7.Good Skill on work software, experienced or familiar with CAD, SAP, etc.

熟练使用办公软件，使用过或熟悉CAD, SAP等软件；
