Job Summary & Objectives

·         Responsible for design work on graphic artwork, in-store fixture and outfits rotation to create total customers’ experience though local adaptation on Global VM’s guideline. Take lead to co-ordinate shop opening fit out projects as bridge between Principal and local stakeholders.  

Main Duties

·         Oversee the implementation of regional fit-out program and shop opening plans to achieve desirable brand image, maximize retail presence to create standardize brand presence

·         Control regional store fit-out and opening budget/ scheduling to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency of the shop opening expenses

·         Project inspection to ensure the quality of deliverables (construction work, fixture, props, POP) up to desirable brand image

·         Work closely with Product team and Operation team on merchandising plan visualization and maximize sales floor efficiency

·         Prepare all related graphic design work for marketing material, i.e. print or digital

·         Set out regional VM guideline (new arrival, markdown, closeout) and monitor shop appearance through on-site works or through co-ordination with retail staff

·         Regular market visit to individual key cities, to maintain close working relationship with retailers

Knowledge & skill:

Highly proficient in Design software such as illustrator, Photoshop, CAD……etc

Knowledge on MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Education, qualification & special training:

Diploma/Degree in Business or Fashion related majo, most preferably in Visual Merchandising, Visual Art

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' visual merchandising experience in fashion retail industry, and at least 1 year at supervisory level. 
• Hand-on experience in project management, i.e. in store display props, popup store….etc. Retail store fit out experience is highly preferable  

Other Requirement: 

• Creative and good insight of fashion trends
• Independent, creative, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
