职位描述

A. Primary purpose of role: 
  • Identify business opportunities in all channels such as restaurants, at work, entertainment, transportation, to maximize sales & profit growth potentials for both customers & Costa. 
  • Engage closely with customers so as to achieve business results and KPIs.
  • Lead the negotiation and execution of key account contracts to ensure quality and consistent results across regions while driving win/win results
  • Maximize customer and Costa on share, volume / revenue and profit potentials
  • Proactively work with Marketing, R&D, Franchise & Commercial Leadership, Bottlers to pioneer a seamless approach on winning in Innovations (equipment and portfolio)
  • Initiate & conduct key account business planning and reviews on a regular basis. 
  • Build capacity and capabilities of customer service organizations to deliver a superior level of service to our customers.

B. Key Accountabilities:
(1) Establish Customer Leadership in China
  • Work closely with KO CCMG & bottlers on customer partnership to fully leverage resources
  • Lead the growth of Key Account to exceed Customer Growth, BU & Modern Trade Growth.
  • Develop and follow-up the joint business plans, focusing on driving joint KPIs
  • Lead the negotiation of trading terms with customers ensuring Costa profitability
  • Establish Execution Excellence with customers via Connection and alignment with multiple functions internally and externally. 
(2) Execute NRTD platform Strategy
  • Collect Market intelligence for supporting the business strategies development.
  • Execute innovation including equipment, portfolio, supply chain, customer marketing, and capability
(3) Retain and Recruit Customers
  • Map out the customer landscape for PTS/Express platform and align strategic focus & direction to go after the customers given with assigned resources
  • Proactively lead the process of partnership agreement renewal, new acquisition with key customers
  • Proactively build a robust relationship with non- Coca-Cola customers to ensure future acquisition and conversion
(4) Build effective organizational structure to maximize customer business potentials
  • Build seamlessly operation model for achieving high standard of customer services. 
  • Knows and understands the customer’s business – aligning opportunities to Costa
  • Assess customer services opportunities, establish & facilitate regional collaboration to maximize business potentials as well as building local capabilities.

C. Required knowledge, skills or experience:
  • College degree or above, 8+ years of key account management experience Knowledge and experience in foodservice and convenient store channel is highly preferred
  • Experience in foodservice solution will also be considered value-added
  • The incumbent must also have good negotiation /presentation / communication and strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and oral English & Chinese skills

The Costa Coffee story began back in 1971, when two Italian brothers – Sergio and Bruno – arrived in London with a burning desire to make great tasting coffee a part of everyday life.
