• Design and improve business related processes in line with group requirements by leveraging best practice of the industry and local operation and roll-out it in the business.
• Identify and evaluate business and operation risks/weaknesses/opportunities and able to create, revise and standardize the internal processes to mitigate risks, streamline the operation workflow, and create opportunities for business growth or cost efficiencies.
• Play an active role to promote best practices, procedures and standardization among all functions which include but not limited to provide training to the local team to enhance the awareness of risk management knowledge, internal control requirement, related rules and regulations for a better and effective control environment.
• Improve organizational efficiency and operating environment by performing regular business processes evaluation and polices optimization.
• Lead business efficiency initiatives / projects to deliver revenue growth and cost efficiency.
• Formulate and implement self-assessment tool to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the operation performance according to the internal control procedures
• Lead and manage team to ensure that all goals will be achieved by schedule in a quality way.
• Other tasks as assigned

• Minimum 5 years solid experiences in internal control/audit related area in audit firm and business corporation (MNC & Retail industry prefer)
• Experience in leading audit projects (end to end)
• Familiar with business process, process re-engineering experience is a plus
• Bachelor degree or above in Finance/Accounting, CPA prefer, but not essential
• Fluent in English communication
• Master in excel with ability to process huge volume data efficiently

• Go beyond the existing box, create new policy & procedures to build up the control framework from ground in particular areas.
• Build up strong and full-scale business operation knowledge in order to provide comprehensive risk control and cost efficiency proposals.
• Stay active in the keeping changing environment to resolve unpredictable control issues on daily basis.

The Costa Coffee story began back in 1971, when two Italian brothers – Sergio and Bruno – arrived in London with a burning desire to make great tasting coffee a part of everyday life. In 1981 they opened the first coffee shop in the heart of London, from here the Costa family continued to expand across London, the UK and eventually the globe. There are now over 3,800 Costa Coffee shops in 32 markets, 8,000 express machines worldwide and over 3,000 Proud to serve partnerships in the UK.
Costa Coffee started its footprint in China in 2006 when the first Costa store was opened in Shanghai.
