职位描述
A. Primary purpose of role:
Enable business by drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts and mitigate risks for the company by providing legal advice/opinions to business clients on wide range of legal areas, i.e. IP and consumer right protection.
B. Key Accountabilities:
1. Manage commercial contract review and negotiation, including lease agreement, professional services agreement, franchise agreement and etc.
2. Work with OPS to ensure FDA compliance and daily operation matters, including contract review, consumer complaints.
3. Provide legal support to business operations for functions like Property, SC & Procurement, OPS. HR and Finance and etc. and drive risk mitigation solutions, including setting up of workflow or policies/procedures
4. Supervise contract filing.
5. Support HR in employment legal issues.
6. Independently deal with company regulatory affairs and franchise registration.
C. Key Performance Measures/Success Factors:
a) Effective legal support to leasing issue/property development ;
b) Drive contract excellence and improve contract review efficiency
c) Streamline contract review and approval process, i.e. define roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders (business clients, procurement, finance, etc.)
d) Accurate and on time contract filing and recording
D. Required knowledge, skills or experience
1. 2-3 years legal practice experience,
2. Bachelor Degree or above, Major in Law
3. PRC. Bar preferred
4. Experienced with contract review, decent knowledge on lease issue and daily operation matter;
5. Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
6. Quick learner and ability to adapt
7. Fluent in both oral and written English

- Be high level of independence in processing daily work.
