This role will be responsible for HR process and Data management as well as providing the support to the hiring team to screen, select and offer the high quality candidates.

1. Support the hiring process, e.g. job posting, resume collection, and interview arrangement
2. Handle the employment procedures for new hire, probation, internal transfer and contract renewal processes
3. Manage and maintain the personal data and employees’ P file
4. Preparation of training activities, on-site organization and coordination

   5.  Support HR projects on requirements 

   Competencies:   

 1.       Passion: Demonstrate passion for data and operational results 

 2.     Learning on the Fly: Learns quickly when facing new problems 

 3.     Communication: Excellent written and communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels in a simple and concise manner 

    Qualification: 

 1.       Bachelor's degree 

 2.       Around 3-5 years of Human Resource, recruitment and compensation experience prefer 

 3.       Workable oral and written English 

 4.      Good command of computer skills, Excel and PPT skill necessary
