Business Development Mananger

PSC Asia is seeking an experienced business development manager for equipment sales and support services for our growing sales activities in China and to support our international distribution network. The candidate must have an outgoing personality with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

? To report to the CEO of PSC Asia
? To manage sales staff in the preparation of quotations, proposals and orders.
? To track sales progress and support forecast efforts
? To manage customer satisfaction
? To follow up on submitted information by telephone
? Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed established sales objectives
? Perform appropriate prospecting activities to identify qualified prospects for new business development
? Use the consultative sales strategy to effectively overcome client objections and maximize sales activity within assigned territory
? Establish and maintain good relationships with clients and the community in order to develop new business
? Collaborate with appropriate internal resources to develop comprehensive sales presentation materials tailored to the account.
? Make formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to prospective new business accounts
? Maintain documentation of sales activities in order to facilitate appropriate reporting.



Job Requirements
? Diploma or degree qualification preferred
? Sales experience, preferably in a Technical (IT/Engineering) staffing or consulting firm
? Strong sales track record of consistently exceeding quotas
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Strong PC skills
? Excellent Microsoft Office skills specifically Word and Excel
? Excellent administration skills
? Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
? Good eye for detail
? Well presented
? Team player
