工作职责:

1、根据店铺各类投诉，制定出相应的计划，减少退单率，减少售后维权率以及维护店铺售后指数；

2、解答客户的售后咨询，提升客户对售后服务满意度和专业度；

3 、熟悉家装平台售后相关规则，处理客户投诉，极时并有效解决；

4 、汇总当月售后问题并分析问题，将物流部、订单部、物流商等出现的问题进行分类汇总并定时上报；

5、维护与跟踪店铺各项售后指标（全店售后退款率、DSR评分，物流核销率、聚划算退款率、赔付率）等数据；

6、领导安排的其他日常性工作。

任职资格:

任职资格：

1、学历大专以上，年龄23岁以上；

2、1年以上淘宝/天猫售后客服经验，普通话标准，口齿清楚，优秀的语言表达能力和沟通能力 ；

3、熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，熟悉电脑基本操作，打字70字/分以上；

4、工作主动、高效；责任心强；进取心强；执行力强；亲和力强、反应能力快、善于团队合作；

5、表现优异者可内部晋升；

6、家住9号线地铁站附近者优先考虑。
