Equipment Procurement Engineer

岗位职责

1, Carry out the Vendor Sourcing for the target project.

2, Optimize the Vendor database and Maintain the relationship with potential Vendors.

3, Organize the technical negotiation and evaluation.

4, Carry out the commercial negotiation and evaluation and place orders to vendors

5, Do the expediting and status report after PO.

6, Organize the inspection & test and delivery of goods.

7, Handle and solve the issues occurred during manufacturing, installation, commissioning and after-sale service.

8, Manage the payments and handle financial business.

9, Do the cost control and lead time management to meet the project requirements.

10, Do the coordination among different departments and/or disciplines.

11, Maintain the ERP system.

12, Engage in the bidding projects.

任职要求

Bachelor's degree in Machinery, Equipment, power & energy etc. 

Minimum 5 years' experience in marine & offshore industry.

Extensive engineering knowledge background and the ability to learn new knowledge and skills.

Fluent in English.
