Activities will involve following but not limited:

• Preparation of electrical technical document and project specification
• Electrical Power System Study
• Single Line Diagrams
• Schematic Diagram
• Calculation for load list, short-circuit current, large motor voltage drop, cable selection, protection setting etc.
• Electrical transient analyzer program (ETAP) calculation
• Layout for power, cable tray, lighting, lightning and grounding;
• Hazardous area classification layout
• Substation equipment layout
• Electrical equipment specification
• Preparation of electrical MTO

Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable design guides and standards

Is able to effectively communicate technical solutions and concepts to other engineers

Ensures effective communications among other engineering disciplines.

Ensures effective management of change.

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering required
• Minimum of 5 years Electrical design experience
