POSITION’S ASSIGNMENT
Work closely with TP, E-commerce platform and internal E-commerce partners to maximize
Avene JD and emerging channels sales result with time-to-time optimization.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
2.1 E-commerce Sales
- Responsible for sales target (both sell-in and sell-out) achievement in JD and emerging
channels (VIP, Red book, etc) with respect of sell-in cut-off time and sell-out budget/free
goods
- Work with internal partners to dig out new business opportunities and expand new ecommerce
channels
- Responsible for JD and emerging channels monthly product forecast
- Monitor inventory in real time and stock check of both commercial goods and free goods
with teamwork
2.2 E-commerce Key Account (TP & Platform) Management
Generate JD and emerging channels yearly “Joint Business Plan” and deliver clear
guidance for TP to implement page design updates, price check, campaign registration,
logistic follow-up, etc
Build strong and close partnership with TP & Platform not limited to
- Initiate regular meeting with TP &Platform for regular follow-up
- Proactively dig out and negotiate with TP/Platform for business resources and
opportunities
- Work with CRM and TP for customer experience management (e.g. delivery/Customer Service)
2.3 Online Branding Implementation
- Maintain JD and emerging channels brand store image (e.g. home page & product page)
- Implement JD and emerging channels E-platform in-site communication /promotion /projects
2.4 Budget/Cost Control
- Monthly PPP Forecast and follow up (ROI)
- Yearly channel budget and cost forecast
2.5 Regular Business Reporting
Supervise general business reporting in relation to JD and emerging channels including
- Key competitors’ analysis
- Monthly report (executive summary)
- EC daily/monthly dashboard supervision (e.g. Sales/traffic/AUS/ROI)
- Other ad-hoc reports
Generate business insight and action plan base on the regular reporting analysis
2.6 Other ad-hoc tasks
职位要求:
TRAINING, WORK EXPERIENCE AND RELATED SKILLS
1. At least 5-7 years e-commerce operation experience in E-commerce especially B2B model EC business, e.g. JD/VIP/Redbook channels of beauty/fashion/FMCG industry
2. Strong negotiation skills, enthusiasm to dig out business chance and develop business in new channels
3. Global business mindset and proactive for business and industry insight within e-commerce distribution platform
4. Self-driven and ownership for business excellence
5. Workable English and good communication skill
6. Good team player with extroverted personality and problem-solving/learning attitude with sense of responsibility
