POSITION’S ASSIGNMENT
This position aims to drive the defined overall E-commerce business performance for brand Avene through online distribution channels including but not limited to T-mall, JD, VIP, Red book, etc.
Internally, build and coach a high-performed EC team to closely collaborate with cross-functional partners such as product, EC marketing, IMC in brand team, CRM, sales operation and other supporting functions.
Externally, strengthen our brand’s communication with platforms to seek for more opportunities, and manage TP to follow brand guideline and implement business target.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
2.1          EC Sales
-  Responsible for Overall EC channel (T-mall/JD/VIP/Red book. etc) monthly sell in / out sales target setting and achievements;
-  Overall EC promotion and Promotion budget control (festival promotion, regular promotion, shop deco, logistics and inventory, media investment and etc)
-  Sales Forecast and inventory prevision for the year after for online channels as a whole

2.2          Online Branding
- Responsible for overall E-store in site branding control. Apply AIPL module for online branding to identify business difficulties and propose workable solutions.
 - Collaborate with CRM team to be involved in E-CRM management including new recruitment & repeat purchase & retention, customer loyalty projects, etc
-  Pay close attention to customer profile, marketing data, market condition and competitor information analysis and planning.
-  Inside Platforms Communication plan and Budget/ROI Control.

2.3          TP/E-Platform Management
-  Develop solid sales plan according to brand strategy and deliver clear guidance to TP for implementation, specify to operational indexes, process and KPI (sales target achieving, traffic target and order target).
-  Initiate regular meeting with E-platform/TP for overall collaboration, acquire constant information updates for key channel animation/ programs as to improve the execution between brand, channel and TP.
-  Maintain a good relationship with online domestic partner for business orientation in the long run and work with solution driven with both team/partners

2.4          Team Management
- Lead EC Trade Marketing, Key Account and cross border function to build and coach a dynamic, high-performed and target driven EC team.

2.5          Other ad-hoc tasks
Other projects and tasks required to follow business strategy with respect to time delivery.

职位要求：
1.            8-10 years solid working experience, minimum 5 years+ e-commerce hands-on operation & budget control in cosmetics/fashion/FMCG industry, digital / marketing background could be a plus
2.            With business acumen and global understanding and of e-commerce industry and development trends to facilitate brand online domestic development.
3.            Team management experience, with good inter-personal skills, efficient communication skills, teamwork spirit and adaptability
4.            Problem-solving and drive for result
5.            Fluent in English, both written and oral
6.            Be passionate and able to work under pressure
