POSITION’S ASSIGNMENT

Responsible for retail BA related management and development including national BA headcount planning and allocation to region, BA cost controlling, BA incentive mechanisms development and implementation in order to build and maintain a high-performed BA team, upgrade BA sales productivity as well as reduce turnover rate.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

2.1    BA budget and cost management

BA budget rolling forecast for Avene / RF / Wall Unit / Sephora BA, including base salary, bonus, overtime payment and other related cost. Make and update BA HC & salary budget as required to Finance and HR

2.2    BA headcount and BA In/Out control

- Monitor overall BA headcount number, allocate BA HC into each region as respect of business requirement and door opening and closing plan. 

- Consolidate monthly BA in and out and control the number of actual staffing to meet the headcount restriction and optimize the use of company resources

2.3    BA bonus mechanism development and implementation

- Design and optimize Avene and RF BA team bonus mechanism, prepare relevant part in counter implementation manuals and communicate with field sales team for BA team bonus mechanism

- Check BA base salary, sales bonus, OT, absence, vacation and other adjustments to ensure within budget and accurate and timely payroll process

2.4    BA Development and turnover management

Set up KPI for BA performance review to ensure BA to have a clear career development path, reduce turnover rate and maintain a healthy promotion scheme for BA team

2.5    BA Sales target Management

Check counter empty situation and monitor counter sales target setting to maintain in a rational and healthy range 

2.6    Report and other ad-hoc data support

Deliver reports required related to BA productivity, sales achievement rate, turnover rate, BA salary, etc.)

2.7    Provide proactive support for various BA related projects, e.g. BA Livestream, Golden BA project.

1.     Bachelor’ degree 

2.    3-5 years related working experience in sales operation or BA incentive management in consumer industry

3.    Strong communication skills and corporate cross functionally

4.    Logical and data sensitive, with excellent excel skills and data analysis skills

5.    Passion, quick learning and result driven, could work very independently

6.    Care about people, a good team player
