职位描述

POSITION’S ASSIGNMENT

Assist KA Director to develop the overall WTS counter and Mannings channel strategies and achieve overall sell-in & sell-out target in KA counters and distributor of KA counters in responsible area.

Support brand development in responsible KA channel and maintain a good relationship with account.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

2.1 Key Account Management

- Assist to develop the overall WTS counter and Mannings channel strategies and collaborate with account to accelerate the growth of WTS counter and Mannings channel business.
- Manage consignment business model and overall key account cooperation model, including but not limited to contract terms negotiation and implementation, yearly business plan execution, counter opening/closing/Upgrade plan, etc.
- Regular meeting with responsible key account and maintain win-win relationship for business resources and opportunities
- Keep good communication and cooperation with WTS/Mannings regional buyers to catch the opportunities

2.2 Sales Achievement

- Responsible for overall sell-in & sell-out target achievement in KA counters and distributor of KA counters.
- Work with field sales team to maintain the regular operation of KA system in order to achieve the annual business

2.3 Key WTS Counter Management

- Assist to develop WTS counter opening/closing/Upgrade plan base on the company’s business strategy and negotiation with key account.
- Coordinate & lead field team on all aspects with regards to related channel counters including but not limited to product assortment, stock and display, etc.
- Negotiate with key account buyers to keep good productivity & good display location
- BA productivity and fulfill rate management

2.4 Channel Branding Implementation

- Work with internal functional partners (Trade MKT/ VM / Brand team / Operation / CRM, Training, etc.) to facilitate the execution of business strategy in order to drive business growth with key building blocks
- Regular tracking for competitor performance and assist to ensure market ranking in WTS / Mannings and enhance the brand image in responsible channel

2.5 Regular Business Report

- Reporting in relation to business with accuracy not limited to
- Key competitors tracking and analysis
- Monthly report (executive summary)
- Other ad-hoc reports

2.6 Other ad-hoc tasks required by line manager with respect of time delivery

职位要求:
TRAINING, WORK EXPERIENCE AND RELATED SKILLS

1. At least 3-5 years of total experience in retail related functions, including a minimum of 3 years at regional or national KA role with experience in Beauty & Cosmetics, FMCG and fashion industry, familiar with Watsons and Mannings channel will be a plus
2. Strong retail business acumen and proven successful track records in managing and optimizing direct retail operations and identifying business opportunities and growing sales productivity.
3. Strong distributor and retailer management experience, with strong product display, marketing promotion, promotion plan formulation and contract and other issue negotiation
4. Ability to:
- Enroll, motivate and develop retail sales professionals as a team player.
- Work closely with field sales staff to ensure good interactions between front-line sales and office retail team.
- Mature, autonomous, highly organized retail professional and drive for retail implementation and execution excellence.
- Workable English is a must
- Able to travel frequently per business requests
