Job Scope:

1. Leading a hardware development project team, with the coordinating effort to fulfill the goals of the project smoothly and successfully.
2. Identify the goals, objectives, requirements, and limitations of the project.
3. Coordinate the different needs and expectations of the various project stakeholders, including team members, resource managers, senior management, customers, and sponsors.
4. Plan, execute, and control the tasks, phases, and deliverables of the project based on the identified project goals and objectives.
5. Arrange know-how transfer from RD to Manufacture, to ensure new product smooth run from sample to mass production.
6. Close the project when completed and capture the knowledge accrued.
7. Customer spec in/design win support during engagement with customers, in order to fulfill customer requirement and pass the certification test.
8. Backup other product line’s project manager jobs when they on biz trip or vocation.

Requirements:

1. A good Leader, motivate project team member to do the best work they are capable of doing
2. Maintains a clear and continuous focus on the team’s goals
3. A good communicator, and Ensures that all team members are working productively and effectively
4. Maintains a sense of urgency and pushes to accelerate tasks where practical
5. Consistently presses for daily results, recognizing the schedules slip a day at a time
6. Maintains awareness of other related work and ensures that the team takes advantage of applicable prior results
7. Bachelor above, 2+ year’s project management experience, PMP certification is preferred.
8. Knowledgeable in network and telecom technology, familiar with server platforms, switch/router platforms, Mobile Edge Computing, and Industry IoT etc.
