职位描述
Job Summary:
-Conduct facility onsite capacity building on specific topics (Corporate Social Responsibility, Import Security, facility evaluation, health and safety and environment), which the main goal is aiming to support facilities to build a sustainable program to improve its overall performance;
-The onsite capacity building consists of reviewing of assessment findings, identifying gaps of non conformance, introducing root cause analysis methods, building capacity, and providing methods to help facilities develop the implementation of plan for remediation;
-Assist the program managers to establish, enhance and improve capacity building tools for facility continuous improvement plan for onsite support;
-Travel to facility site to perform special projects and/or deliver capacity building engagement.
Responsibilities:
-Analyze findings with the facilities based on the output of the initial assessment;
-Identify and evaluate any non conformance gaps to the legal, client and program specific requirement ;
-Deliver Onsite Capacity Building / Conduct Corrective Action Plan review/ Perform Root Cause Analysis ;
-Communicate and facilitate management system principles to the facility to systematically address issues to ensure conformance to legal, international and client requirement ;
-Perform desktop review of evidence submitted by the facility, including reviewing, analyzing, and determining the completeness of the corrective action plans;
-Assist on delivering internal, external and in-house training services related to capacity building;
-Work with program manager on capacity building program enhancement and continuous development;
-Conduct CSR/ WCA/GSV audits occasionally;
-Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by superior.
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above in science/technical (e.g. manufacturing, engineering);
-At least 5 years of Social/Environmental/Quality/Security/Health and Safety or related auditing working experience;
-With one year project or account management experience is preferred;
-Strong in audit principles, procedures and techniques associated with management systems and familiar with industrial/national/international standards for auditing program or industry association requirements for system auditing including ISO9001, OHSAS18001, ISO14001, SA8000 and/or equivalent;
-Familiar with WRAP;
-Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and deliver onsite support to facilities on gaps to conformance issues;
-Capable of addressing issues to high executive audiences and conduct educational discussion in a large group setting;
-Fluent in English speaking, good command of reading and writing;
-Good interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication in relation to handling difficult situation, ability explain complex concepts in an industrial language, and be able to provide best practices to assist facilities for performance improvement;
-Ability to make informed decisions and problem solving base on sensible, innovative and logic mind set;
-Able to work independently and under pressure;
-Willing to travel.
