Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1.Leading definition, design and release of high-performance converter products

2.Participating in new product definition & architecture development

3.Converting product specification to design requirements

4.Supporting product or test chip debug, testing and verification.

5.Working with Marketing and application team to define next generation products

Qualifications

1.B.S/M.S in EE/ECE and 3+ years of progressive industry experience in analysis, research, design, simulation, characterization and production release of semiconductor products

2.Strong technical foundation in transistor level Analog Circuit design

3.In-depth understanding of ADC and/or DAC architectures and hands on experience in designing high precision AFEs/data converters. Experience in leading analog designs/signal chains is highly desirable.

4.Exposure to variety of building blocks such as precision references, LDO etc

5.Large Analog IC/SoC specifications, architectures and designs including direct experience in converting customer requirements into detailed technical specifications.

6.Knowledge and experience with experimental/debug verification in a lab/ATE environment, and support of field returns

7.Experience and ability to work with a cross site team from product definition to production

8.Self-motivated and demonstrated leadership abilities

9.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

10.Good written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work in a small team
