JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor and review of Net Asset Valuations (NAV) services deliver to our client
• Monitor the reconciliation report of NAV, coordinate with clients and regional FA team to ensure the reconciliation task is completed in a timely manner
• Ensure all change request in our FA system is raised and participate UAT for system enhancements
• Ensure all corporate action events that impact the published value of the Fund is properly updated in the FA system
• Review and reconcile the monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual financial statements that provided by our client
• Calculation and reconciliation of fees to the fund managers, administrator and other service providers
• Ensure that all internal reconciling differences are investigated, and resolved in a timely manner
• Constantly uphold a high standard of accuracy of Citibank's funds valuation and asset reports
• Review and update the operating procedures whenever is necessary, identify control points, and adopt relevant control procedures
• Work as FA team representatives to contact with regional team, and follow up related tasks
• Participate in audit activities and ad hoc projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree holder.
• 5+ year Fund Accounting Experience, QDII FA experience is preferred.

            

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Good Team player and strong interpersonal skills
• Be able to cope with pressure and
• Willing to work overtime if needed
• Willing to work on public holidays if needed
• Good excel macro skill is a plus
