职责描述：

  

1.      负责IP开发计划的制定、修改、监督执行，包括模拟IP，DDR，USB，MIPI，Serdes 等Mix-signal IP；

  

2.      负责制定、管理和优化IP开发体系及管理流程，建立IP开发管理流程；

  

3.      客户项目IP售前及售后技术支持；

  

4.      负责IP研发及客户项目管理，协调各相关部门工作，提供资源帮助和协调，按时推进项目进展；

  

5.      负责IP项目开发过程中的成本核算和监控；

  

6.      负责监督IP项目开发阶段的问题列表，问题追踪，按时结案；

  

7.      负责IP项目开发过程中的文档完整性，按阶段对项目进行进阶评审；

  

8.      推进各职能部门或责任人按时完成相关工作并提交相关数据或报告。

  

任职要求：

  

1.      本科及以上学历，3年以上IP 或IC设计经验；

  

2.      熟悉相关半导体工艺技术，对项目有高度的责任感，并积极处理项目的相关事宜，面对问题或突发情况能客观积极地协调处理；

  

3.      具有良好的沟通能力、执行力及计划能力；

  

4.      有项目管理经验优先；

  

5.      熟练使用Excel常用函数、Word等办公软件。
