岗位职责：

1、接受餐厅经理的指派工作，全权负责本班组工作。

2、带领员工认真做好餐前准备，确保质量标准；

3、正式开餐后，督导服务员认真做好服务工作并亲自参加服务工作；

4、合理指挥和安排人力，管理好本班人员的工作班次。

5、检查本班人员出勤情况，准备工作是否合格就绪，并对服务员当天的工作，纪律等方面进行考核登记，并及时向当班经理反映。

6、处理服务中发生的问题和客人投诉，并向餐厅经理汇报。

7、配合餐厅经理对下属员工进行业务培训，不断提高员工专业知识和服务技巧。

8、做好本班组物品的保管和餐厅卫生工作。

9、随时留意客人动向，督导员工主动、热情、礼貌待客。

10、要求服务员熟悉菜肴特点，善于推销菜肴与酒水。

11、完成餐厅经理临时交办的事项。

任职要求：

1、22-32岁，男女不限，五官端正；

2、丰富的西餐厅前场服务工作经验，英语良好，能和外籍顾客流利沟通；

3、喜爱西餐厅，热爱餐饮服务行业；工作态度积极、努力，具备良好的沟通能力及服务意识；

4、吃苦耐劳，有责任心，能适应轮班轮休制度；

The True Legend Hospitality Group was established in 2002 by a Canadian by the name of Bryce Jenner.
