JD :
To run trials for screening of flavours regarding process and shelf life stability
To deliver high quality demonstration samples showing Mane’s expertise in Dairy, Beverage, Confectionary.
To organize pilot plant schedule
To develop basic procedures for each machine functions, set up, maintenance, product parameters
To respect recipe constraints and adapt processes according to customers requirements
To train lab assistants and subsidiairies to the use of the equipment
To work in clean and clear conditions following basic rules of hygiene and security.
Apply 5'S' rules to the process room.
To ensure maintenance program for the equipment
To label finished products properly and create technical report for each trials
To run trials together with customers on specific partnership projects


Requirement :
Major in Food science and Food engineering
2 to 3 years experience in as a technician in the Dairy, beverage or confectionary Industry
Good written and oral English, fluent in Chinese
Strong communication & organization ability
Team spirit, Innovative, business oriented, autonomous and dynamic
To be serious and trustful
