JD :

· Prepare finished products to be flavoured for one or several project while respecting dosage and procedures

· Organize its work according to the priorities given by the application executive manager

· Label and pack the finished products for presentation and demo to customers

· Maintain equipment and lab clean and functionnal

· Report raw material stocks to the application executive in order to renew it on time

· Acquire know how for the best execution of each application recipes related to the affected lab

· Be flexible to replace other lab assistant in case of needed

· Respect hygiene and quality procedures

Requirement :

· Ability to cook and work in a lab

· Flexible, ability to work fast, organized and under pressure

· 1 or 2 years experience in application of sweet or savoury department of a flavor house

· Or 1or 2 years experience in a food company as technician

· Good oral English, fluent in Chinese

· Team spirit, autonomous and dynamic

· To be serious and trustful
