Description
This position requires you to identify, acquire, relationship grow and provide wealth management services to affluent Chinese and international professional community. By leveraging the company's resources and working with internal specialists, you are expected to develop prospects directly or through established networks, build individual private client relationships proactively and constantly, and then deliver innovative solutions to satisfy the client needs.
Key Responsibility/Challenges
1.Identify and acquire potential high value customers with strong willingness to invest, evaluate customer needs accurately and efficiently.
2.Provide financial planning advice to customers through delivering proper asset allocation, standard assessment and other effective financial tools to meet customer needs.
3.Achieve allocated individual and/or team performance targets.
4.Maintain relationships with existing and walk-in customers; deliver superior customer service to strengthen customers' recognition and loyalty towards company.
5.Maximize customer profitability through disciplined relationship management and cross-selling.
6.Support, facilitate or lead marketing promotions and campaigns to acquire new clients from time to time.
7.Cross-support, self-learning and train other team members when necessary.
8.Keep updated on the events and news in the industry.
Requirement/Qualifications
You will have a good chance of success if you are a client and sales oriented person, with the following key attributes:
1.Passion for private wealth management and financial markets and instruments.
2.Strong interest and determination in building a career in Chinese financial market.
3.Proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
4.Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, decision-making and leadership skills.
5.Entrepreneurial spirit, diligent approach and a high level of commitment to the role.
6.Good local Chinese market knowledge of personal financial planning products/ services and competitive environment.
7.Broad knowledge of (global) financial products and services, equities and fund markets, trust and other personal investment instruments.
8.Proven ability and track record in private wealth management or financial planning advisory service, is a plus.
9.Ability to work both in a team-based environment and independently.
10.Bachelor degree or above in Business, Finance, related fields or combination of education and related work experience.
11.Good command of spoken and written English; Chinese and/or third language is a plus.
12.Good computer and presentation skills.
