Storage supervision and management
1. Set up warehouse’s organization policy and implement after company’s approval
2. Responsible for the management of the ORGANISATIONS warehouse/s, in line with ORGANISATION policies.
3. Ensure that accurate and complete accounting system (UFIDA) , reporting and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are properly maintained.
4. Ensure that standard systems are properly maintained at warehouses.
5. Assist in the training of any counterparts in warehouse management best practice.
6. Assess the availability of space and prepare stacking/storage plans prior to programming/contingency commodities arrivals.
7. Supervise the receipt of all arriving consignments.
8. Monitor the quantity and quality of products / spare parts stored.
9. Carry out regular physical random warehouse checks of products / spare parts and inventory.
10. Prepare all procedures and necessary steps for products / spare parts disposal;
11. Produce regular stocks reports and daily stocks positions;
12. Prepare loading plans and ensure that standard waybills are duly complete.
13. Perform other related duties as required.

Transportation & Logistic
1. Logistic company comparison
2. Cooperation / negotiation with customer for products transportation on time

Customs Declaration
1. Customs declaration documents preparation and submission on time
2. Liaise with the agent about custom declaration progress of our products and update the sales team 3. Management / supervise the agent for custom declaration of our products


Qualifications 资质要求:
1. 机械专科学历或以上
2. 减速机或相关行业5年仓储管理主管经验
3. 具备负责公司报关工作经验3年以上；有报关员证者优先
4. 擅长沟通并富有团队合作精神
5. 有较强的协调能力
6. 有较强的问题处理能力，持续学习、研究有关机械问题的解决方案
7. 稳定，勤勉，学习能力强
