Job Tilte： OPC/RET Application Engineer

Location：上海

Job Description:

We are looking for a senior engineer with strong lithographi, OPC/RET and scripting background. The candidate needs to have good communication skills to work closely with many different teams. He or she is required to take a broad range of responsibilities. Responsibilities include:

Work closely with customers and R&D. Consolidating customers’ requirements into PRD (Product Requirement Document).

Review and approve Func. Spec.

Early testing new features/functions while they are still in development stage.

Prototype OPC / RET solutions, then work with R&D to productize them.

Helping field AE teams and customers debug production issues.

Find innovative ideas to improve hierman compression for both logic and memory customers.

Work closely with R&D on ML infrastructure and applications. Help customer deploy ML solutions.

Develop training materials and provide trainings to other AEs and customers.

Work with R&D and tech pub team on Release Notes and documentations.

Requirements:

Must have a strong desire to learn and explore new technologies, demonstrate good analytic and problem-solving skills.

Understands mask synthesis challenges and is familiar with entire mask synthesis flow in foundry.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Self motivated, fast paced and can multi tasking.

Broad knowledge of lithography, and state of the art RET, ILT and OPC solutions.

PhD or Masters in Physics, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with at least 3-5 years of related experience preferred.

Familiar with Linux/UNIX and Python.
