Job description:

    

    

The incumbent is responsible for the products supply, export compliance as well as the coordination with Global logistics forwarders and local vendors.

    

    

Job duty:

    

    

• Place purchase order to suppliers once confirmed by purchase & sales department .

    

    

• Follow the lead time with suppliers and register into ERP.

    

    

• Follow the lead time with suppliers for orders on production progress. Feedback to purchaser .

    

    

• After shipments put all purchase invoices from our suppliers into ERP.

    

    

• Follow the air/ train/ sea shipments arrival situation in destination ( Mainly for telex release, customs clearance and delivery schedule )

    

    

• Shipping the samples from office /suppliers to clients, follow the delivery until clients receive it also make the records,
• Monthly report related with shipment every month.

    

    

• Other job assigned by leader.

    

    

Skills & background:

    

    

• 5 years working experiences in logistic field,
• Fluent English & Chinese and computer skills （ Excel, ERP system）
• Good communicating skills, team player, Proactive, figure sensitive and attentive to details
• Able to work under pressure, hard working & high motivation

    

Salary:

    

    

• From 8,000RMB – 10,000RMB per month + social insurance & housing funds

    

    

• Monthly bonus depending on performance after probation period.
