Job description:

The applicant is responsible for the follow up of all purchase orders with a panel of around 35 suppliers, as well as the coordination with logistics department and quality team.

Job duty:

• Place purchase orders to suppliers once confirmed by purchase & sales department.

• Manage relation with suppliers

• Follow the lead time with suppliers and register all information into the ERP.

• Follow the lead time with suppliers for orders in production. ( this may include business trip in China)

• After shipments, verify and put all purchase invoices from our suppliers into ERP.

• Share ready date of goods with QC manager to plan the inspection middle or before shipment.

• Deal with suppliers in case of late delivery and negotiate with the suppliers the best schedule possible

• Monthly report related to order per month per suppliers and late of delivery.

• Possibly other missions like sourcing, request for quotation, etc…

Skills & background:

• 3 years working experience in purchasing field and suppliers management
• Fluent in English ( Daily communication in English with management) & Chinese (communication with suppliers)
• computer skills （Excel ( mandatory), ERP system is a plus）
• Good communicating skills, team player, Proactive, sensitive and attentive to details
• Able to work under pressure, hardworking & motivated

Salary:

• From 8 000 RMB – 12 000 RMB per month + social insurance & housing funds
• Monthly bonus depending on performance 500 RMB -1,000RMB /M after probation period.
• Possibly other bonus related to new business
