Main Responsibilities:

- Daily banking activities including process payment and receipt collection, communicate with the banks, etc.

- Prepare bank reconciliation and cash-flow forecast.

- Work with the credit team to prepare cash receipt and application Journal entry;

- Prepare AR and Treasury reports;

- Invoice billing;

- In charge of cash JE and invoice filing;

- Handle inquiry about receipt / payment / invoicing status;

- Assist in Import/ Export process and communicate with SAFE.

- Assist in Tax declaration and Treasury affairs;

Key Competencies and Knowledge Requirements:

- Accounting experience in Multinational company will be an advantage;

- Good interpersonal and communication skills;

- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure;

- Good oral and written English.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Self-motivated and a good team player.

- Efficiently and effectively work under time pressure to meet deadlines.

- Assist in monthly closing;

- Other Ad hoc jobs.
