Job Summary:

    

Handle all customers’ enquiries and samples request.

    

Coordinate with Planning and Shipping to ensure that shipment is affected according to Customer delivery schedule and requirements

    

    

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    

• Handle all customers’ enquiries and samples request.
• Coordinate with Planning and Shipping to ensure that shipment is affected according to Customer delivery schedule and requirements
• Plan delivery based on weekly shipment schedule, outstanding order list, inventory list, outstanding
• Update shipment schedule and outstanding order list when order confirmation is received
• Advise customers and Sales team of their outstanding orders monthly.
• Perform local deliveries as directed.
• Log in complaint.
• Liaise with customers on opening of L/C. Monitor order amendment.
• Follow-up and coordinate internally for all Product Discrepancy Reports (PDR),
• Attend Production meetings and Material Review Board Meetings (MRB) on a weekly basis.
• Assist in forecasting and Production Planning.
• Update Price List every half-yearly.
• Raise purchase order.
• File all correspondence and enquiries in “Country” files
• Any other duties assigned by your superior.

                                                                

    

Basic Qualifications:

    

· Education: Bachelor's in related discipline

    

· Experience: 1-3 years of CS experience

    

    

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• College above in international trade/Logistic with minimum 2 years of working experience
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of SAP module in SD/PP/MM module would be advantageous
