* 根据策划文本，角色性格，设计并制作动画，包括角色动作，绑定，表情等
* Design and produce animations based on planned texts and character personalities, including character actions, rig, expressions, etc.
职位要求：
* 熟练操作MAX或MAYA，motion Builder等三维制作软件
* 有一定美术基础，了解绑定及蒙皮相关的能力
* 有3年及以上游戏动画经验
* 了解人物，动物，物体等各类角色的运动规律，具有良好的动画感觉和设计能力，对动作的流畅性，节奏感，随动，POSE的把控有良好的感觉，能够制作流畅，逼真的动画效果
* 对动画行业充满热情，有执着的追求，善于交流，学习，对工作负责
* 能尽力配合组长及客户的反馈，有一定的抗压能力，具备团队合作精神
* Proficient in MAX, MAYA, Motion Builder and other 3D production software
* Basic knowledge of art, rig and skin related skills
* At least
three years experience in game animation
* Understand the movement rules of various characters, such as characters, animals and objects, have good animation feeling and design ability, and have a good feeling of smooth movement, sense of rhythm, follow up and POSE control, and can produce smooth and realistic animation effects
* Passionate about animation industry, persistent pursuit, good at communication, learning and responsible for work
