职能：

1. 执行公司销售政策，遵守管理规定和实施细则。
2. 负责公司产品零售经销商的开发和日常关系维护，并且配合指导零售经销商，在业务区域内开发、洽谈零售客户。
3. 指导经销商业务行为，包括寻找合作对象，定期深入了解市场需求，及时得到市场信息反馈等。
4. 维护客户关系、挖掘客户新的需求。
5. 能够执行公司制定的市场营销方案，不断发展、管理和完善自己所在区域的营销渠道，积极完成销售量指标。
6. 按时完成工作内容，及时、主动地和主管沟通客户状况，填写有关销售表格，提交销售分析和总结报告。
7. 收集一线营销信息和用户意见，对公司营销策略、广告、售后服务、产品改进新产品开发等提出参考意见。
8. 完成公司交代的其他工作。


零售销售人员资质
1. 大学专科以上学历，暖通、机械或者相关专业；
2. 在上海零售渠道拥有2年以上开发、管理工作经验，熟悉上海市场；
3. 善于沟通，思维敏捷，有敏锐洞察力，责任感强，能够掌握客户心理；
4. 一定的市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务意识
5. 有全局观念，能够承受高强度的工作压力，具有较强的学习能力和洞察力，勤奋敬业，责任心、执行力强，有良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力。
