Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for automation testing tools development and developing customized programs

2. Develop test tools and methods to improve automation testing efficiency.

3. Develop test tools and methods to utilizing analysis software or equipment for analyzing and resolving issues with the software, firmware and hardware in test environments or target systems.

4. Participate and contribute to developing new flow and process to streamline product testing/validation cycle.

5. Loading and unloading test units to tester rack, execute planned tests using automation framework in regular test cycles.

6. Plan resource to ensure test cycle completed on time.

7. Doing initial triage on test result, able to filter out HW/device related fail.

8. Reproduce issues and collect necessary debug information for engineering to analyze failures.

9. Assist validation engineer to setup lab tools (Protocol Analyzer, LA, OSC...etc.), capture results for engineer to debug failure.

    

   Requirements:

1. College/BS in Engineering with relative working experience

2. Fresh graduate with coding experience is also welcome

3. Solid software program skill using Python/JS/JAVA language, and enthusiastic in coding.

4. Troubleshooting skills and skill to present the findings accurately and concisely in an organized way

5. Knowledge in Jenkins/Web/Django is a plus

6. Knowledge in Linux is a plus.

7. Experience on test execution for software/hardware/firmware/product. etc.

8. Familiar with office tools: outlook, excel, word, ppt

1. Able to write and read in English

2. Good communication skills in mandarin

3. Ability to handle short-notice needs/requests

4. Able to work parallel with multiple tasks

5. Able to work overtime as needed.

6. Continuous study and perform progressively

7. Effective communication and good team work spirit.
