1. 管理客户质量抱怨、售后索赔和失效分析，提升客户满意度。Handle customer complaints, warranty claims and failure analysis. Promote customer satisfaction.

2. 组织和协调公司A3质量问题解决流程,推进产品质量和过程质量持续改进。Organize and coordinate A3 problem solving process. Promote product quality and process quality improvement.

3. 参加质量体系的建立和持续改进。Support quality system set up and continues improvement.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities；

1. 管理客户抱怨。控制客户退货流程，安排在客户端和公司内的遏制措施，组织进行原因分析，编制8D报告，跟踪纠正措施和A3流程。及时与客户沟通和反馈整改进度，提交和关闭8D报告。Manage customer complaints. Control customer return process, arrange the containment actions at customer site and within the company, initiate cause analysis. Create 8D reports and track the corrective actions and A3 process. Timely communicate with customers on the progress of the corrective actions, submit and close 8D report.
2. 处理售后索赔和进行失效分析。根据客户要求提交分析和改进报告。Handle warranty claim and failure analysis。Submit analysis and improvement report per customer requirements.
3. 管理A3问题解决流程。组织召开每日的A3问题解决会议；跟踪A3问题解决；定期进行A3 报告。Organize daily A3 meeting; Follow up the A3 problem solving; Regular A3 reporting.
4. 针对客户抱怨以及内部A3质量问题，维护客户门户网以及公司内部ＳＡＰ系统。 Manage the customer portal and company SAP system regarding customer complaints and internal A3 quality problems.
5. 协助进行质量体系建立和持续改进。组织或参加内部和外部质量审核；内部和外部审核计划和措施的跟踪和确认。Support quality system set up and continues improvement. Organize or participant internal and external quality audit. Follow up the audit plans and corrective actions.

任职要求：

1. 有汽车零部件企业工作经验.３年以上质量管理工作经验. Working experience in automotive component production environment. Minimum Above 3 years’ working experience in quality management.
2. 大学本科, 机械、机电、汽车等工程类专业 University degree in Mechanical , Electromechanical  or Automotive  engineering
3. 熟悉ISO/TS16949质量管理体/Familiar with ISO/TS16949 quality management system

4. 理解汽车行业和主机厂质量要求，例如VDA系列要求, GM QSB, VW Formel Q 等质量要求

5. 了解APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC等工具 /Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC

6. 熟练运用质量控制方法例如PDCA,8D/A3等/Work efficiently with quality control method like PDCA, 8D.

7. 产品和工艺知识/Product knowledge and process knowledge

8. 具有客户质量管理的经验/Working experience on customer quality management

9. 良好的组织能力和沟通协调能力/Strong organizational skill, communication and coordination ability

10. 具有很强的责任心/Sense of responsibility

11. 注重细节Pay attention to details.
