1. 建筑学、室内设计等相关专业专科或以上学历；

2. 三年以上专业工作经验；

3. 有外资设计公司工作背景，熟悉团队合作；

4. 有基础审美，熟悉设计方案的表达及施工图的构造；

5. 有学习精神，热爱设计工作，能够适应团队合作，能在压力下工作。

6. 熟练使用专业软件，包括Auto CAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, SketchUp及Office相关软件等;

香港国际建筑师楼（PSI）成立于1978年，是一家专门致力于建筑与室内设计的国际型设计集团。
  
自从赢得了香港Jubilee体育中心（现更名为香港体育学院）的设计竞赛大奖，作为大赛获胜者暨项目建筑主理，PSI在运动与休闲设计业逐步树立了声名。在1980年代早期，PSI更增设了室内设计服务，并涵盖了零售、企业公司、以及酒店会所等各行业。多年以来，PSI的业绩与项目已遍布香港、中国大陆、东南亚以及中东地区。

Planning Services international (PSI) is an architectural and interior design firm established in 1978 with an international profile.
Having won the commission for the Jubilee Sports Center (now called the Hong Kong Sports Institute) as the author of the winning design and project architect, PSI has since established its name for the design of sports and leisure facilities. In the early 1980s, PSI further expanded its services to interior design covering retail facilities, corporate and hospitality. Over the years, PSI’s works pervade Hong Kong, Mainland China, South East Asia and the Middle East.
For the past three decades, PSI has actively participated in Mainland China projects. Noting the trend of rapid increase of economic and building development activities and the need for professionals to travel more frequently like our counterparts in the USA and the Euro Community, PSI established another base in Shanghai in 2003 to better serve an ever expanding client base.
