Job Responsibility,

1.Review all production record and inspection report, approving or rejecting all components, product containers, raw material packaging material, labeling and finished goods.
2.Audit and evaluate product, manufacturing process, vendor, supplier’s quality ability and management. Confirm first production. In charge of creating and negotiation of quality agreement.
3.In charge of analysis, reply, corrective action, investigation and improvement of complaint.
4.Manage, analysis quality issue. Create, review and approve the corrective action.
5.Data analysis, reporting, training and certification, calculate quality cost, material review and salvage.
6.Judge, deal with and manage non-conformed goods.
7.Create, release quality sample and instruction.

Job Requirements.

1. 2+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance or System Management role, bachelor’s degree or above in science, food, chemistry or engineering, etc. with fluent oral & written English & Chinese;
2. 3+ years of experience in quality role in FMCG industrial (cosmetics preferred); experience of EHS is a big plus;
3. Well maintenance and continuously improve quality management system (such as ISO9001 /GMPC / HACCP Etc);
4. Skilled use of quality statistics and tools, have problem analysis and resolution capabilities, good computer skills; data entry, Microsoft Office suite required;
5. Ability to coordinate different department, multi task management skill, project management;
6. Good communicator skill and strong team spirit.
