职位描述
岗位职责
1、完成生产目标；做好6S管理；
2、加强生产管理，跟踪生产进度（包括：产量、质量、效率）, 不断提高生产管理水平和生产效益；
3、切实遵循“安全第一、质量第二、数量第三”的原则，对生产线的安全和车间的工艺卫生长抓不懈，做好生产线各项劳动防护工作，不断改善劳动条件，保证生产线进行安全文明生产；
4、做好公司各项制度的传达及与员工的沟通，及时有效地贯彻执行公司和部门的各项规章制度。
任职资格
1、高等专科学校或大学毕业；
2、两年以上的家具厂生产管理经验；
3、组织能力强，沟通能力强，有一定的计划协调能力；
4、有一定的电脑操作能力。

Shanghai homebase sansheng household product Co. established in 1998 which dedicate in the research, development, manufacturing and distribution of sanitary products such as far infrared sauna rooms, foot sauna. We own 24,000 Square meters workshop and more than 200 workers., and the throughput of sauna cabin and foot sauna is 20.000sets per year.
