职位描述
岗位职责
1．专业人员职位，在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
2．负责财务预算、审核、监督工作，按照公司及政府有关部门要求及时编制各种财务报表并报送相关部门；
3．处理日常的会计核算工作，协调处理好各主面的帐务工作；准备、分析、核对税务相关问题；
4．审核公司所有费用开支，加强日常费用管理和成本控制 ；
5．及时的进行存货核算，正确结转成本，定期核对库存管理情况；不定期组织存货及固定资产盘点，保证账实相符；
6．定期检查公司库存现金和银行存款是否帐实相符 ；
7．按时完成税务申报以及年度审计工作 ；
8．定期进行财务分析，提交财务分析报告，为公司经营提供决策依据 ；
9．与财政、税务、银行等相关政府部门建立并保持良好关系 ；
10．准备、分析、核对税务相关问题。
Responsibilities
1、Responsible for the complex accounting activities relating to the maintenance for a complete and accurate general ledger and the resultant reports and financial statements
2、Prepare G/L entry and maintains and reports the general ledger system
3、Responsible for entry review
4、Check all the expense and control the cost and expense management
5、Manage the stock and the fixed assets
6、Assisting the manager on the monthly end closing
7、Review financial and operating statements
8、Prepare and analyze statistical data and financial reports to internal and external parties
9、Provides necessary schedules and documentation for internal and external audit purposes and interact with auditors
10、Support cross-functional team with PRC tax and foreign exchange assignment
岗位要求
1、财会专业全日制本科以上学历，有中级会计职称,CPA优先；
2、5年以上财务工作经验，具备丰富的会计经验或医疗行业财务工作经验；
3、熟悉内控或者流程设计；
4、熟悉会计报表的处理，会计法规和税法，熟练使用财务软件；掌握现代财会管理理论与工具，精通国家与地方的财经政策与会计法规；
5、熟练运用金蝶财务管理软件，懂ERP系统操作；能熟练应用MS office；
6、有良好的沟通协调和学习能力，能独立开展工作；
7、有高度的职业道德和责任心；工作踏实、认真、敬业 ；
8、工作细致，责任感强，良好的沟通能力、团队精神年龄；
9、35岁以下；
10、具有良好的英语水平。
Requirements
1、University degree or above, major in accounting, finance or related profession, CICPA or international qualification is preferred
2、5+ years work experience in accounting field, including 3+ years at supervisor position of foreign invested companies
3、Have the experience of Internal control is preferred
4、Having the knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP is preferred
5、Strong communication and coordination capability. Familiar with MS office and accounting software
6、Strong team work spirit, self-motivate and detail oriented
7、Strong problem solving, communication and inter-personal skills
8、Be proactive, positive, efficient & effective, desire to learn, high integrity
9、Under 35 years old
10、Good English at writing, reading, listening and speaking
