1 Engineering background (Mechanical engineering/Automotive engineering) in automotive industry
2 and proven performance in sales and automotive industry for more than 5 years. Having a good overall knowledge of all engine parts.
3 Bachelor degree or above in automotive engineering or similar
4 Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, strong interpersonal skills
5 Project Management experinence, including the coordination of activities/resources
6 Initiative, optimistic ,mature,ability to work independently and under pressure
7 Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel
8 Have driving licence
9 Good understanding of customer's behavior
10 Good market analysis skill

岗位职责
Purpose:
To maintain contacts with established customers and developing new accounts . Initiates and follow up on new product development opportunities and growth opportunities.
Pesponsibilities:
1 Cooperate with the sales team to develop and cerate the new business opprtunities and improve the account management with strategic customers worldwide
2 Identifies and studies competitive and market conditions of the industry and at the customer organizational lefel . Whenever possible, policy deviations which might impact the selling program.
3 Confers with Technical Application Engineering and R&D Engineering, utilizes the knowlwdge to achieve better results.
4 Maintain the good relationship with the customer , attempts to gain information about the problem so that an existing product might be applied or a new product be developed to solve the customer's problem.
5 Obtains maximum profitability from customer accunts through increased sales volume , an incresse in high-profit item sales and alowering or sales expense.
6 Make long-term plan of future market Prepares various reports of competitive factors,new sales ,sales lost,customer productiom, major projects, customer calls, expense accounts expenditures,and industry trends. Act as a key source of market intellinence to guide the development and commercialization process through market study strategies, and product positioning .
7 Contractual relationship
Records all agreements with the customer and up dates the contractual documentation on the complete program.
Prepares a complete file to be transferred at the end of the program with the complete history of the commercial relationship of the program.
8 Project Management
Project Management in existing and new business projects from the initial inception stages through to production delivery stages, ensuring that aspects such as on-time delivery, resources & budget allocation and correct monitoring procedures. Work closely with members of the business,including communication with R&D,Production,Quality Assurance,etc.
9 Marketing strategy and market analysis
Conduct market research and understan market specificities. Propose adapted strategy to increase sales and match customer requirements on each market.Upgrade constantly our brand image to reach high quality and international standards.
