Job Responsibilities

    

• Take the leadership role in development of sourcing strategic suppliers in China to support regional business growth, improve profitability and minimize supply chain risks
• Work with Teams to develop sourcing strategy across multiple categories; focus on indoor/outdoor furniture/hardware/seasonal products/accessories/home deco, etc at the best price and quality according to our clients’ needs and requests
• Support teams implement products to market based on company request. Develop best practices and process for exceptional results. Support merchandisers in the successful execution of the ongoing projects
• Develops and enhances sourcing process to ensure timely and accurate flow of products that meet the business requirements.
• Negotiates prices, prices validity and contract terms with the suppliers for cost saving and obtain the best offers on the market.
• Training and coaching to the team members.
• Manage and maintain excellent business relationship with suppliers.
• Other duties and projects supporting operations as assigned.

                                        

Requirements:

    

• Strong sourcing experience in different products (indoor/outdoor furniture/hardware/seasonal products/accessories/home deco, etc)
• Above 10 years working experience in European buying office or trading company
• Good business negotiation and cost analysis skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize with good time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
