• Your primary duty as an English as Second Language/ English For Art Purpose Lecturer will be your active leadership in the classroom engaging/ lecturing students according to their relevant creative arts major.

• Working closely with the school’s Academic Director/ Program Director regarding academic matters in teaching and grading.

• Developing proper department course outline and contents to a high quality education to all students in order for them to attain a high English proficiency level (IELTS level 6) and prepare them well for further studies portfolio submission; or for the job market and the industry.

• To create and maintain the course materials and good status of all these information.

• Assist in maintaining general classroom discipline, stability, integrity, and professional image of the UCA Shanghai Center.

• Abide by the Center’s policy and procedures.

• 与学校学术主管/项目主管就教学和评分中的学术问题密切合作。

• 为所有学生制定适当的部门课程大纲和内容，以便他们达到高英语水平（雅思6级），并为他们准备好进一步的学习档案提交；或为就业市场和行业。

• 创建和维护课程材料以及所有这些信息的良好状态。

• 协助维护UCA上海中心的课堂纪律、稳定性、诚信和专业形象。

• Candidate will be based in Shanghai, with a minimum of 18 hours of teaching classes per week.

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in English. Relevant industry working experience with credible related credentials and/ or with lecturing experience on related studies. (TEM Level 8)

• Can adapt to a multi-cultural setting with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to handle students of different art capabilities.
